General Warranty Information:
Everything you buy from Computer Annex Computer is backed by our 30-Day Limited guarantee against defects or by the manufacturer's warranty. Leased computers are not eligible for this guarantee. If you encounter a defect with any product (except software) we'll gladly exchange the product upon receipt of the defective item (less shipping & handling costs). Sorry, due to copyright and licensing laws, we do not accept software returns after the package has been opened. Defective software will be exchange should be handled through the Manufacture only. If you encounter a defect with a hardware purchase it will be exchanged or repaired, at our option, unless it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, in which case Computer Annex Computer will assist you in gaining satisfaction with the manufacturer. Please call us at (909) 933-3577 for assistance or, if applicable, to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number. After you receive an RA number, you must return all disks, registration cards, boxes, packing materials and other accessories supplied by the manufacturer to us within 30 days of Computer Annex Computer's original invoice date. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. These materials must be in new condition or we cannot accept them for return. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a re-stocking fee (15%) and Deduct our shipping cost for damaged or incomplete returns or when the manufacturer's/distributor's warranty or return policies supersedes ours. Orders cancelled before we ship the item out are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. All refunds over $100 are issued via check. Products do not include manuals or recovery CD's.

Computer Annex's Price Guarantee We will match any nationally advertised printed mass circulation prices on the same in-stock items/offers-ITEMS WITH REBATE OFFERS ARE WE CAN NOT MATCH. Just show us the published price, and we'll match it with an Computer Annex Computer credit good for anything else we sell! Vendor, below-cost or special price promos excluded. Due to fluctuations in the industry, prices on CPU and memory are subject to change and we cannot offer price protection on these items or any other in the event prices rise or fall.

Warranty Limitations There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment unless otherwise stated. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. Laptop batteries are only warranted to hold a charge.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Computer Annex.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

NOTE: The above and ongoing terms, conditions and warranty strictly applies to sales and services purchased through this Website ONLY. Therefore, sales and transactions through our retail outlets, wholesale/retail location, trade broadcasts broker posting and any other transaction outside this website are excluded from this Terms and Conditions of Sales as published on this site.
